    Doing their due diligence..
Yeah.....He's a LA Hack....But he is right.....Oden would be dumb to pass up the opportunity to
    learn from Tim. IMO

Heat just signed Varnado for the season, and gave Birdman his second 10 day. They have 15 on their roster now. I guess it depends on if they are looking beyond this year. If they are then maybe Oden makes sense, but he's not going to help you this year and Birdman might.

Spurs have always been one of those 'interested' even though the situation does not merit the signing (full roster, cap sitch). If Spurs are working him out though (along with aforementioned free agent Donte Greene) it's highly probable Blair is on the move (released/packaged with one of our Gs).

Also I'd like to point out: I don't think De Colo will be traded soon. Either Mills Neal or CoJo are on their way out.

    Baynes > Oden

The Spurs would have been better of keeping Curry if they wanted a reclamation project, and as much as Eddy got glorified here in the preseason, notice that he didn't stick in Dallas either, and is currently out of the league.
That's just stupid. Anyone that would takes Baynes over a potentially healthy Oden is just stupid. Oden was starting to put up some big games before he got hurt last time.

And no, Eddy Curry is not a better reclamation project. He never had any defensive potential. Oden has/had all time great defensive potential.

It's fair enough if the Spurs have taken a look at him and concluded that his knee is not in good enough shape, but if they are passing without taking a proper look, then that is just re ed. Spurs can't seem to get any good free agents to come here, so taking a risk on someone like Oden, for probably minimum salary, would be worth it IMO.

Pop would work Oden out or say he was interested just to help generate a buzz for him.

Spurs don't need Oden, they have Baynes.

Oden is ing garbage, and whomever said Baynes > Oden is dead on. Rather have a guy who can actually play and not injure himself trying to block a shot.

Oden's got to play one good season before he's worth taking a look at. I just don't think the guy can stay healthy.

    Austrailian scrubs
how about #1 draft pick scrub who has yet to play a full season in more than 5 seasons? , i'd take baynes any day over oden because baynes can actually stand on his own damn feet. what exactly has oden done to deserve such praise?
