On the hand hand, a knee effusion is what i call fluid on the knee. Which can be a real . So i hope he really doesn't have it.

I remember i had to take a client of mine to the doctor about fluid on his knee and the doctor had to stick a needle in the knee and drain heaps of blood out to get rid of the pain and swelling. So let's hope Timmy doesn't have this or it's just minor if he does have it. Kinda hard to tell with the spurs after restgate and the weird injuries we've been listing lol
