Do those aches and pains you have let you perform the same or do they prevent you from performing like you used to?
I think he's talking about custom made inserts designed specifically for him. For people with any kind of foot issues...over/under pronation, those are the way to go.
Do those aches and pains you have let you perform the same or do they prevent you from performing like you used to?
My dad thought the same thing. He's had three knee replacements and a hip replacement so far![]()
Age prevents me from performing like I used to. The aches and pains are just a bonus.
I bought a cheaper pair of new balances for $40 to use in the meantime because my shoes were so worn out.
And it has nothing to do with better performance at all, it has something to do with not ing up my feet.
NB shoes are the most comfortable stuffs to wear on your feet imho, and you have no reason to prefer anything else to new balance unless you're an animal protectionist since most NB shoes are made of lether. NB doesn't need no sports star as spokesperson because its quality speaks for itself
Correct. Once they identify you have metatarsalgia or the like, they'll create custom inserts using your foot as a cast in order to compensation for the weight bearing regions of your foot.
