What's selective here?
Agenda driven selective use of facts = zero credibility.
What's selective here?
SPLC labels certain organizations as anti-gay hate groups if they are violent or take specific actions to defame sexuality. Simply not supporting same sex marriage isn't enough to get anyone on the list.
Funny... if you click on SPLC's texas map, it lists five chapters of the Nation of Islam.

Factually, provably incorrect.
Infact, toodling around the map seeing what they actually consider to be a "hate group" the vast majority tend to be neo-nazi types.
Still further, the group that are listed as being purely "anti-gay" are the kinds that have advocated physical violence.
The criteria is not "Any christian group that is anti gay marriage".
I would guess the criteria is any group that advocates some form of violence.
You're a smart guy, and it makes me sad when you suck up and/or repeat obvious propaganda without fact-checking.
does the blogger's paranoia justify your's?
(sighs)
You say that, but why is it that I hear "i will overlook agenda-driven selectiveuse of facts when it appeals to me, but criticize it when it doesn't".
Can you point out some time where you have similarly criticized any conservative group in this way?
I would like to think you have.
Point taken and considered.
I will check it out.
honestly, THESE guys are the reason that I want to buy a gun.
Sorry. Not trying to be hostile or anything.
Just trying to gently push you to applying some modi of skepticism to people and groups you agree with.
It is a hard thing to do, and something we all should do, myself included.
apart for any agenda, the facts of the racist/white supremicsts/bubbas/etc are still FACTS
