I loved his defensive rebounding ... and when he defended Goldilocks, this dude hit nothing ... add a fadeway jumper and it looks like the Spurs have a solid back-up PG in the next years ... props to RC
I was the only person on the Cory Joseph bandwagon back when he was terrible during his rookie year. Once again, I am spot on.

the thing is. he's a great defender, not just a good defender, a great one IMO
Well, as Cojo's defender since day one I can happily say - I TOLD YOU TO BE PATIENT.
Some Spurs fans think that a kid that barely played college ball should be a starting material player from day 1.
He's young, athletic, and plays under control. Backup PG material and I think he starts for someone down the line.
He probably thinks he's back in the D League when he sees who's guarding him. He's been fantastic so far.
Viva la Joseph!
Viva la Pop for giving him playing time.
He is the stuff, man, can't believe he's the same guy from last year
Yeah, he was definitely playing scrubs. He's still really young, though -- why do you think his ceiling is as a backup?
He's got to be the #1 backup pointguard now and possibly the future at the position. Great hustle doesn't make mistakes and takes good shots.
ROFL. No.
I WILL say that my favorite thing about CoJo is the way he corrals rebounds. He's not a big, so boards are harder to come by, but when they fall to him, he collapses around the ball, bringing it low and into his body. Smart player.
Legit. Must say it has been great to watch his progression. With his tenacious D and the J he has (including the turn around J), i'm satisfied we have our back-up PG. No need to draft another one RC!
Too bad he's not as good as Goldilocks.![]()
Not as good of a shooter but I would take Joseph over him in pretty much every other facet of the game.
cojo looks like he could be maurice cheeks son lol
I love that Pop came out an said "De Colo is our backup PG" an lil Cory was thinking in his mind the whole time, We'll see about that!
The truth hurts.
I am absolutely thrilled with his performance. I was always a fan, mainly because he's a Longhorn, but tbh, I honestly couldn't tell if it belonged to him or Nando, who I like as well. but ultimately Pop has been improving and preserving CoJo for the playoffs. Great move by Pop.
I never saw it. From his days at Texas till his time with the spurs, I never saw much.
i don't recognize this balling hustle.
Wrong answer. You're ing annoying as , dude. Your last thread, "Give Me some Credit..." said it all, and your sig is even more proof of how pompous and attention-starved you are. You must be an only child or something.![]()
Nah. I'm cool. You go on ahead and help yourself, Charlie.![]()
if you are fighting for regular minutes for an NBA team even if i didnt know how to make coffee ill learn in a minute just to show the coaches i want in ... compe ion brings out the best in people so now CoJo got his price hes the backup guard because everytime hes in there hes giving it his all
