I hate ESPN ... TNT is way better
Developing that Alpha male at ude without Westbrook around to stifle him, tbh.
Yeah...But everybody knows that the key to beat the Spurs is: stop Tony, Conley already did it before.
Ibaka has looked shook since he missed that point blank putback in Rd 1.
So the final 9:02 of the 2nd quarter Marc Gasol did not play a single minute.
Stupid. Just stupid.
I agree.
We weren't even close to healthy for that series. And we have a LOT more weapons now than just Tony. This team is better in every aspect than the one the Grizzlies beat.
Don't think it'd be that simple. Fisher would find a way to bully Green eventually (strange things tend to happen when Fisher's involved), and Leonard would need to guard Durant. Parker would be responsible for Reggie Jackson who could possibly give him problems if he's still gimpy. Not sure what to expect from Splitter the rest if the way; he could just as easily forget to stick with him often enough to allow him to heat up.
Tony's outplayed Conley in pretty much every meeting since.
Now the Grizz start to miss free throws.
The NBA really needs to fix the clear path rule. Had he not fouled there he would have been able to make a play on the ball so why is it clear path.?
It shouldn't be clear path when the guy is on the side but I also might exclude clear path from being called in the paint.
You can't stop Marc Gasol, you can only hope to contain him.
2011 v 2013 Grizz have traded Battier/Mayo for Prinfe/Bayless. I think that benefits us a lot.
It's plays like that that make me love Jackson and wonder why he can't play like that all the damned time instead of a ing pussy.
Just like in the 2011 regular season
I know, but Tony is the centerpiece of our O.
to see the thunders being close to the grizz with such an ibaka, it is just weird
coz he's a scrub.
Remember this scrub Ibaka hitting 11-11 FGs vs the Spurs, mostly on mid-range jumpers? Can't even score from point blank range now.
lol This is a way better team a new improved Marc and Conley . Pondexter is a new addition . Plus Prince and Battier are even and Bayless fits better tbh
Ibaka 5-15, Martin 5-16. Perkins and Sefolosha a combined 0-8. Yet, they're down three with 8:45 left in the 4th.
