What's with Durant and beating on his chest like a gorilla lately?
Developing that Alpha male at ude without Westbrook around to stifle him, tbh.

Pick and roll, baby. Pick him all day long. Run him to exhaustion.
Yeah...But everybody knows that the key to beat the Spurs is: stop Tony, Conley already did it before.

So the final 9:02 of the 2nd quarter Marc Gasol did not play a single minute.

    Stupid. Just stupid.

We weren't even close to healthy for that series. And we have a LOT more weapons now than just Tony. This team is better in every aspect than the one the Grizzlies beat.

Except this year we have Green and Leonard who are both playing out of their minds. Green or Parker on Fisher, Leonard on Martin, and tell Tiago to stay the on Ibaka. Game set match.
Don't think it'd be that simple. Fisher would find a way to bully Green eventually (strange things tend to happen when Fisher's involved), and Leonard would need to guard Durant. Parker would be responsible for Reggie Jackson who could possibly give him problems if he's still gimpy. Not sure what to expect from Splitter the rest if the way; he could just as easily forget to stick with him often enough to allow him to heat up.

My only fear is Tony vs Conley(2011 nightmares)
Tony's outplayed Conley in pretty much every meeting since.

The NBA really needs to fix the clear path rule. Had he not fouled there he would have been able to make a play on the ball so why is it clear path.?

It shouldn't be clear path when the guy is on the side but I also might exclude clear path from being called in the paint.

    2011 v 2013 Grizz have traded Battier/Mayo for Prinfe/Bayless. I think that benefits us a lot.

Remember this scrub Ibaka hitting 11-11 FGs vs the Spurs, mostly on mid-range jumpers? Can't even score from point blank range now.

Ibaka 5-15, Martin 5-16. Perkins and Sefolosha a combined 0-8. Yet, they're down three with 8:45 left in the 4th.
