The tips are the only thing keeping them in business, besides the shorting of the paychecks for the people that quit.

it says you gotta sign in but... that that , you can still see what's opened and closed. the US season 2 was not a good season tbh
Most of the places he tries to turn around are already past the point of no return.
It's the same thing with that show about the bar & grill expert who goes around trying to save bars. The only reason he has a decent record is because every bar he goes to he fixes by dumping a huge amount of capital into and completely rebuilding with the most modernized available.
I read only 8 restaurants still open after he visits, 7 from season 5 and only 1 from season 1. The rest all closed from season 1-5

yes, not surprising imo. most of the places they show are too far gone and the only reason the restaurants are full at the end of each ep is because of Ramsay and the celebrity factor. after that's gone, everyone goes back to not giving a
tbh saving restaurants isn't what the show is about anymore; it's about the comedy that happens in the kitchen and with the owners. and this time, gold has been delivered.
Here are the most common problems with restaurants in that show:
No recordkeeping/tracking of what food they have. Half the time they're ordering more food while unused food sits rotting in the back of a fridge somewhere.
Too many dishes, with most of them done poorly. He usually cuts down on the menu to consolidate food ordering and put less of a strain on the kitchens.
Bat insane rude as owners. (Can't do much about this one.)
O.M.F.G. that is an awesome train wreck.

Wow, this was an insane watch. Seems like this place could just be a money laundering front which is why they don't give a about customers or let anyone use their POS system. Would be dumb to let cameras in and air it on TV, but I wouldn't put it past these idiots.

Honestly, I've never seen Ramsay quit so early on a restaurant, but I can't blame him. This woman deserves to have her business fail.
1000 likes and we donate delicious raw pizza to the local homeless shelter. I will make it extra y and I hope it hurts them. Meow.
