almost 24k posts and still GNSF, explains a lot.
Pop is a great interview if a) it is on his terms and not forced and/or b) the reporter puts some thought into the question and asks something pertinent. Otherwise, ridicule is in order and expected.
that would be generic and boring.
i like pop better when he keeps true to his own personality. gives us a flavor and an iden y that is unique. better than the normal bland nice answers.

Only legitimate question for Pop was about Grant Hill retirement.
I mean really![]()
Hey Pop! Did you watch the game last night?![]()
The audible " awwww" of disappointment after the way pop answers the last question was funny
Yeah he is like the Bill Parcells and Bobby Knights of the coaching world. They hate the media and the media hates them..
Popo?! New nickname there Pop..
1. I doubt Pop gives a crap that you or the media thinks it's old.
2. Follow Manu's example? Pop's the coach, if anything Manu should follow his example.
3. If you think it's "bull " you are mistaken, this is how Pop is, he's not putting on a show or a charade.
4. I would also ridicule a reporter who asked me if I was going to be watching game 7, which is a deciding game of who you will play in the Finals. Mike Monroe should know better than that.
lol "His future plans include happiness".....hahaha
I love Pop's interviews.
+1
I'm with Pop on this one. That question is almost an insult, obviously unintended but still. The reporter could have come up with 1000 other questions regarding the finals other than "did you watch?".
