Should of, it's no easier than typing "should've. It's ing the phonetics up even, because people start to pronounce it like they wrongly type it.
Then there's the ethnically challenged aspect of grammar like "also too" and "he had said" instead of "he said". It's so rampant that even when the word "had" is used properly I cringe, like: "you say you didn't ask, but before you admitted you had asked the question". The overuse of the word "had" is incredible. Even some of the better educated blacks do it.
For written, I see a lot of stuff that's grating a bit. People type "so did you dent your bumber?" and of course the most popular "irregardless".
