Lebron played one of the best defensive games I've ever seen from a perimeter superstar player, and his pick&roll game with Chalmers killed the Spurs during the most important stretch of the game..

The Spurs defense has been entirely focused on stopping James, and instead of forcing offense, he has accepted the Spurs game plan and been utilized as a screener/passer, which isn't a role that most star perimeter players(Kobe, Carmelo, etc) would accept, tbh..
