2. Splitter is from America, not Europe
3. Lefty is a stupid dude who thinks he's not
Yes. Blair will not get blocked like splitter.

Fair enough...Get some United States of America bigs!
This sounds pretty much like nazionalism...
I'm sure it does. But what can you expect from a fan base that has had to deal with Francisco elson, Ian Mahimi, rasho, and now splitter.
blair/manu pnr >>>>>>>>>>>> splitter manu pnr.......................... blair finishes @ the rim........................
Baynes is the toughest mofo we have
What about this dude the Spurs drafted ages ago? I know he's not American, but damn!

Fixed.
Looks big, looks strong and he looks gay. That tattoo matching his muscle line is epic. Is he from WWE?
Don't forget Sebastien De la Cruz.
Do you want RJ back as well?
He is a gawky white player who can't jump. The spurs will be throwing big money to lock him up this summer.
I wouldn't waste the $$$ on Splitter.
He's basically one contract away from being done as he's been playing professionally since he was 15,too much wear on him, hence his frequent injuries for a guy who hasn't played much in his 3 years here.
Plus he's not acclimated his game to the more athletic players that he has to play in the NBA
Euro ball has tougher team D but not many shot blockers or overly-athletic players
He's had a few years,he's just not gonna be able to change that part of his game,he is what he is
Send him home w/ Manu at the end of the season
and yet americans are still asking themselves why the rest of the world hates them... jeez.
So following that request the starting line up for tomorrow night will be
Neal
Green
Leonard
Bonner
Blair
McGrady
...
..
.
Good luck with that.
He's been playing like a big pussy, deal with it (or Neal with it, whatever you want). Looks like he is afraid to go finish at the rim.
And he forgot how to rebound. In this year's playoffs, he averages 3,4 rebounds in 23 minutes (2,8 in the finals, against the team who is the worst rebounding team in the NBA...), which is freaking sad for a 7-footer. For example, Tony averages 3.6 rebounds in the playoffs. Yes, he plays more time, but is also 9 inches shorter than Tiago.
Not to mention he gets blocked by anyone who has a minute of his free time to spend![]()
Yeah, "America first" nationalism makes great sense for the Spurs fan base![]()
Manu has the heart of a lion.
The foreign bigs the spurs get are just way too soft. Did you see my list?
Thread should have read "Bigs" not players.
BS
Baynes would not even be able to set the appropriate screen in the first place.
Tiago has shown he can perform the hardest part of the pick and roll, he failed pretty badly at what should be easy. He needs to slow down and feel the situation around him, he is fixated on the rim, or a charge, before he even catches the ball. He cannot jump so he still needs to have entire court awareness and use fundamentals he has been taught over and over in practice.
Tiago please get your damn elbows out, hold the ball higher, and use the body. No confidence and he is forgetting all the fundamentals after receiving the ball. The kick out is also wide open now that the entire Miami team wants a piece of him.
He MUST play. I expect Pop and crew to go over the film and have this fixed. He will get blocked again. But it will take a great play to do so. This is what we all should expect.
I agree. Baynes is not really an option at this point. It was just sarcasm.
Dont scare me like the panic crew on this board.
The ability to maintain composure and fix things is a hallmark of this team, but not necessarily its fans.
He look like a big, strong, total badass that could beat the daylights out of queen james
He can actually hit a jump shot, too, now. Blair's also a better finisher. It's not like Splitter being taller is helping him avoid getting blocked.
Maybe we could send RC off to scout the And 1 tour, get us some real ballplayers.![]()
