I'm all for cleaning the slate, give everyone a chance to elevate their game. Let it be known we are serious about moving forward and not wallowing around in the past. We have the potential to be the best site of this nature on the net, a few malcontents are little more than bug vs windsheild, a total non factor. Once they see that we have moved past their immatute behavior they will join in, it will take time however, something we have plenty of.
