Definitely an A. As heartbreaking as this year was for me as a Spurs fan, Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green made serious leaps forward under major pressure at the most important levels of NBA compe ion.

    Really? Where'd you see that?

Must have been 3 huge shots, I recall Danny being extremely sloppy with Curry first 3 games.
It was showed several times during Game 3, and a lot in the days after that.

Most of that may have been him rotating on Curry late in Game 1. But really, it was Joseph, Parker and even Leonard getting burned in that first game. Green wasn't very good defensively until Game 2, but he didn't get much time on Steph. In Game 3, Green actually did a great job on Curry. You could see how frustrated Steph was getting.

    A+ easily.

I knew he would calm down in games 6 and 7. I had no problem with that. He earned his 'A' in games 1 through 5 alone.

He didn't just set the finals on fire with his record breaking 3 point shooting. His defense was en great. With added confidence he'll be a heck of a two way player this coming season. Leonard + Green = Best young two way SG SF combo in the NBA

2 people actually gave him a "C?" SMH

I give him an "A." Like others have stated, he made the Heat adjust to him. Now all he needs to do is work on his ballhandling and his driving to the basket/finishing.

Dude forced teams mainly the heat to finally pay attention to him.he went from a role player to bonafide starter for the spurs .give him an A
I don't understand why the Spurs didn't take more advantage of the extra spacing his 3pt shooting was creating. If Green's man isn't willing to leave him force his defender into situations where he's forced to help. Again that's why it's important to be able to make adjustments.

Danny Green did not go off in game six and seven because Miami kept close to him. That should have opened the lane more, and Manu should have attacked the rim. Instead he kept trying to pass with Miami hovering over the passing lanes. Manu tried to be the team player when he was called on to be the leader, and ended up being the goat.

Seems like there is a life lesson in there somewhere.
