Beli is a better defender, a little bigger (he can play some SF if needed, Neal can't) and cheaper.

I agree, he can actually dribble and drive some. That alone is enough.

Exactly he can create off the dribble and get to the rim a suprisingly rare and valuable nba skill. All Neal can create off the dribble is an occasional shot.
