Given the situation. A 14 year old kid. All 14 year olds were and still are horny ass mother ers. So of course the kid was gonna hit it, the only problem was he told people.


If the minor agrees to have sex with a 60 year old saggy person than the kid has brain problems. Are the parents or kid even pressing charges?

The point I was trying to make was. If any guy here or anywhere including all the religious seclusion type fundamental people were 14 in the same postion how could they NOT turn that down.

Ok, I know what you are saying. But the 14 yr old is a minor, so the fault lies with the adult! Just because the minor wanted to have sex, doesnt make it right for the adult to sleep with the child. It is wrong, period.

No, wrong. They are not ready to procreate! Most 14 yr olds I know live at home with a low paying job at a fast food place. No way are they ready to procreate. The fact is, it is not an "artificial" line. It is a line based on peoples emotional, mental ability to handle a sexual realtionship.

If it were just about phyiscal ability, then what about guys/girls that go threw puberty early? I know girls that hit puberty at 8, 9 yrs old. Is it okay for adults to have sex with them?

How do I address the people that are ready before they are adults?
Well, if they are mentaly ready enough for sex, then they should be mentaly "smart" enough to either date someone there age, or wait til they are 18 before they have sex with adults.

Most cases are not about the kid, but about the adult. The adult is the one manipulating the kid into having sex. If the kid can be manipulated by some pedophile, then I would question how mentaly ready for sex they really are.
