I don't know if I'd call it must-eat, but I like getting a pastrami sandwich from the Carnegie Deli for breakfast. The thing is so ing big you can take the 2/3rds of it that you didn't finish, stick it in the fridge, and eat it for lunch too.

Yeah, I went to Diego's back in 2009 and it was really good then.

LMAO @ Imperial Palace. I had simple burger and fries my second trip there and I'm pretty sure I have stomach cancer now.
Lol. Sounds about right. I didn't even eat there, I took pics of what my friends ate, that looked too bad, like beef and pudding hybrid.

I must have missed it when I was in Vegas, but turning the Carnegie Deli into a chain restaurant. No way the one in Vegas is anything like the one in NY.

So wrong. Part of what makes Vegas great is some world class restaurants. If you are young and dont have money, maybe it's not a concern, but the restaurants in Vegas are definitely a big part of enjoying all Vegas has to offer IMO.

Maybe not, but it's still a really good pastrami sandwich. Probably not quite as good as at my fav Jew Deli Canters in LA (Las Vegas Canters is complete garbage BTW), but still very solid.
