    how does ACA apply to companies that already offer health insurance, like Cisco. I've always heard that those employees will be unaffected.
    Not necessarily true.

    The mandated coverages can make these insurance plans more costly. It all depends on what the cover to start with.

    If I recall correctly, there is also a tax/fee on these systems to help pay for those under new government plans.

    The same kind of ed that didn't know companies with 50 or fewer employees were excluded from the mandate? I mean, where the have you been since 2009, Afghanistan?
