Sure, Primetime is defined as like 7-10 PM or whatever it is but on a Saturday the 2:30 time slot tends to generate just as many viewers and CBS, which has #1 pick out of all games, picked A&M - Alabama.
As you can see, last years A&M-Alabama game which was also played on CBS at 2:30 generated this:
