Have to love Darrin defending the toolbag.

"He's in his car, and he continually has his hand on his gun and saying, 'step closer,'" S ie Zimmerman tells the dispatcher during the 911 call. "He's just threatening all of us with his firearm, and he's gonna shoot us. He punched my dad in the nose. My dad has a mark on his face."

    George Zimmerman
    Police Chief Says
I Wouldn't Want to Be His Neighbor

    Exclusive

One person is on record that George Zimmerman is not the guy you want as your next door neighbor ... the Chief of Police of Lake Mary, Florida.

Police Chief Steve Bracknell tells TMZ, he's frustrated S ie Zimmerman changed her story. She now says George did not have his hand on a gun in a threatening manner while arguing with her father.

Chief Bracknell says of Zimmerman, "The guy just can't stay out of the news" -- referring to the Trayvon Martin killing, speeding tickets and now this. Bracknell says, "You'd think he'd get the heck out of Dodge."

We're told S ie recanted her story after talking to her lawyer. The Chief said because of her flip-flopping, "There was not enough to affect an arrest, unfortunately."

Bracknell seems concerned that Zimmerman is bent on causing trouble, saying, "It's smoke, smoke smoke. Is there a fire somewhere? Lord knows."

We asked him if he'd feel safe if Zimmerman was his next door neighbor. The Chief was clear ... "I would not want to be the neighbor of George Zimmerman."

The question of the gun became confused later when police told reporters there was no gun involved, but George Zimmerman's attorney told CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 that he believed his client had a firearm on him.
"He acted appropriately. He never took the weapon out," said Mark O'Mara, who is also a CNN legal analyst. O'Mara said he never saw the gun.

semen shield CC, there are conflicting reports of whether zimmerman was armed coming from the police and his lawyer. which one do you believe and why would the other lie?

Where you get she said that?
the 911 call, for one. then this (the bolded part)
The estranged wife of George Zimmerman opted not to press charges against her husband Monday after police in Florida responded to her sobbing 911 call reporting he had punched her father and was threatening them with a gun.

"I'm really scared,'' S ie Zimmerman can be heard telling Lake Mary, Fla., police in an audio recording of a 911 call placed around 2 p.m. Monday to authorities in the suburb northeast of Orlando.

Zimmerman was acquitted in July in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in a case that captured the nation's attention and put a spotlight on Florida's self-defense gun laws.

Police allowed Zimmerman to go free Monday afternoon after questioning him outside the home where S ie Zimmerman placed the 911 call. Police Chief Steve Bracknell said S ie Zimmerman and her father decided not to press charges after consulting with an attorney.

Police deputy chief Colin Morgan said earlier that police held George Zimmerman in "investigative detention'' while they investigated the dispute.

A police spokesman said Zimmerman and his wife, who filed for divorce last week, were blaming each other for starting the fight at her father's home.

In an audio recording of S ie Zimmerman's 911 call, she can be heard saying Zimmerman smashed an iPad she was holding and cut it with a pocket knife, struck her father in the nose and threatened both while putting a hand on a gun.

Deputy Police Chief Colin Morgan said officers did not recover a gun, and Bracknell said S ie Zimmerman later dropped her claim that a gun was involved.

"Domestic violence can't be invoked because she has changed her story and says she didn't see a firearm," Bracknell said.

The dispute "was between him and his wife and her father,'' Morgan said. "There were some allegations that there had been an assault, but we could not confirm any of it.''

Orlando TV station WKMG reported that S ie Zimmerman's parents, David and Mac e Dean, live at the home.

WKMG's SKY 6 helicopter showed at least a half-dozen police squad cars outside the house.

In the divorce pe ion, S ie Zimmerman says she and her husband separated a month after Zimmerman, who is Hispanic, was acquitted of any crime for fatally shooting Martin, a black teenager, last July. The verdict sparked protests across the nation.

yea it does but anyone with a lick of common sense and a 3rd eye can see that her original claims are true but the coward agreed to give her and her dad some hush money, which is why she retracted her story. i knew it was going to happen as soon as the story came out.

Looks like it will all come down to the broken Ipad that Zimmerman said S ie's father cracked over his head. lol.

Anybody find that believable? The father cracking an Ipad over that fat ass's head knowing 9/10 that he's packing a pistol?

Zimmerman is still a piece of per par but how is this continually over looked?

"Deputy Police Chief Colin Morgan said officers did not recover a gun, and Bracknell said S ie Zimmerman later dropped her claim that a gun was involved."

Sounds like someone was lying on the 911 call.

lemme retract that and say that he indeed kick his father in laws ass, threaten his wife with his gun and that is why she chose to record it for evidence. she chose not to press charges because he made a deal with her and her father and she destroyed the evidence by breaking the ipad, a la aaron hernandez.

i can't wait till they get the video from that ipad.

no it's not more believable. Zimmerman got a history of physical confrontational violence and plenty of brushes with law enforcement. It all goes to show that he probably started the physical contact with Trayvon.

Besides, last I checked, weed don't make you want to fight.

I've got some stoner friends that love to fight. Besides, I'm sure he was referring to DXM.
