He was arrested 8.8 miles away from the shooting...
I'm not a bubba and I don't stereotype, so yes.
Have you signed it yet?
Any particular reason you posted his mugshot?
Wow...
In looking around, Michael Jerome Giles was arrested 2/6/10 for the shooting incident. He must have been on bail.
On 7/18/10, he was arrested for DUI with a BAC of 0.144.
On 8/4/10, arrested again for Contempt of Court.
Is this a poster guy for using the Stand your Ground law?
Because I found it, and several more. The link is attached to the pic. want the other arrest links and mugshots I found?
Why is this funny?
You don't post every picture you find.
Why post that one?
Cause it looks like a scary negro.
WildRe is obviously struggling to make a point here.
Go ahead. We're all waiting.
The New Face of Evil
The only struggling I wave is trying to find relevant information on the case. I don't think he was convicted without cause.
When the presiding judge says “Frankly, I think the 25-year mandatory is overly harsh based on the facts of this case, but that’s what the law requires I do and I intend to follow the law.”, you see an obvious case of minimum sentencing uber alles. Doesn't shock me since FL seems to be all about zero tolerance (zero judgment).
I only posted it because it is the picture in the link attached to it.
This stupid forum no longer indicates links in text, so I embedded the link to the picture.
If you recall, I have several times stated that zero tolerance laws equals zero intelligence.
Why did the jury fond him guilty?
No one would know to click the picture for a link.
All you have to do is post the link address. People will get it.
That's a pretty disingenuous explanation.
Not true. Think about my past posts. I often link to pics. I almost always say something like "link attached to pic." I simply forgot to do so this time. Not disingenuous at all.
I am thinking of his last posts and I do not recall WC using jpg to link off.
What's disingenuous is him acting like that is the case. Not surprising from captain fantasy.
Was this guy standing his ground against 3 different people? That's how many he shot.
According to the articles linked, it appears to be more than 3.
I read (if I recall correctly) there were about 30 people fighting.
Yeah...something like that. Quite the dust up.
i just want my reparations so i can move myself and my family to Ghana. that's all i want. this country isn't for people of color. its either behind bars or get shot by the police for young black males in amerikkka...i'm so damn tired of it
