I'm only rooting for Napoli, Uehara, and Salty on the Sox. I'd love to see Napoli and Uehara get revenge against the Cardinals. The Cardinals against the Red Sox in the World Series make a great debate about which team has more bag spoiled fans.
I guess we disagree. To me it looks like the pitch is tailing away to the right side
of the strike zone if not out of it.

Game 3, Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Detroit 4:07 p.m.
(All games on FOX).
Projected Starters
Tigers
RH Justin Verlander (13-12, 3.46)
Red Sox:
RH John Lackey (10-13, 3.52, 2 CG),
you MLB for having day games for the playoffs especially the ALCS and NLCS.
The ball Ortiz homered looked like a good pitch low and away. It's not like he was hanging curveballs over the plate. Throwing only garbage out of the strike zone is playing not to lose. It was a good pitch and just better hitting.
there goes the no no
PEDs do help
Pitchers series--need to wake up sox bats
Yes NAP!!! finally get to him SOX up 1-0
take some of that
cogi and 1-2-3 on Prince
RED SOX WIN RED SOX WIN
This comment is made by a Red Sox fan? rofl
Tbh im surprised shadowflames isn't here for the AlCS...he's probably either in a Red Sox forum or in some Lou bega music forum
Not enough though LOL LOL

This series sucks...I was right about the AL last week in the Rays thread--the AL playoff teams are boring as this year. Like them or hate them, the Rangers, Yanks, Angels, etc are all interesting to watch and would be better draws. Definitely pulling for the Dodgers or Cards to win it all.
The Yanks , Texas and Angles are not in the ALCS. Get over it !
I know this, and that's why the games are on TBS. Next year they'll be on the CW
TBS coverage sucks...they do basketball good but baseball --They are out of their league
Baseball is FOX
Just got back from the game. Good weather, nice crowd, energy was good. Verlander kept the Tigers in the game. Once again, no help from the Tigers bats.
The drive home sucked...
No i'm just saying... you guys dismissed news reports of PED scandals in Boston as 'blogs'.. lol but hey Peralta got off a 50 game suspension he shouldn't be playing!!!!!
We knew that he was suspended for ped's but it won't do any good to get butthurt over it.
There is reports that some of the Red Sox players though Peralta should not have been
allowed to play. But we all know it was commissioner Bud who said it was ok to play.
This will be a pitching series, if thats was someone likes. I like more hitting but I have been on the
edge watching each game."The series is not over till it's over"
I would've been fine if Melky Cabrera suited up for the playoffs last year. Both guys served their 50-game ban, both guys should be allowed to play.
