here is the Spurs fast break. Tony gets the ball and starts to run on a break, nobody runs down court with him so he pulls it back out and the Spurs get into passing it around to find the open 3 point shooter.
Parker also has a long history of keeping the ball himself and going 1 on 3.

Not really, the Spurs are boring tag is there for a reason. The Spurs score on great ball movement and good perimeter shooting, very little athleticism and above the rim play. Very little running and dunking which most fans find exciting, that is the way Pop has built his teams.
    Perhaps my sarcasm didn't work.

I really don't care how the Spurs score points. All I care about is if they more points than the other team at the end of the game.

TP is really good at throwing alley-oops. Ginobili is better.

There is nothing wrong with being more multiple on offense. I wouldn't all out hunt for alley-oops, but giving the defense something else to game plan for is always a good thing. Look at what Paul was able to do for Chandler in NO.

Yes, yes, before people say "the Hornets didn't win anything though", we are all aware of that, but, you can always take good offensive wrinkles from teams that didn't win it all.
