Just an embarrassing loss. Monty Williams. This team has too much talent to be 3-5. If they are still below .500 after 20 games into the season, then Monty needs to go.

Someone white.
THIS!!!!!!
Lakers at 4-5 is not a wise move. We only 3 games behind Dallas ...in WCF. Worst fear is Kobe coming back to killing his other Achilles trying to make that 8th seed for another 1st round exit ...
And sad thing is Nash sitting only makes us better ...
I think the Lakers could be a legit 6-7 seed, based on how teams have been playing right now
1.Spurs
2.OKC
3.LAC
4.HOU
5.GSW
6.MIN
7.LAL
8.DAL/POR/MEM
Lakers are playing without Kirby, and they're only 1.5 games behind the 5th best record in the West, and they've already won games against LAC and HOU. I look at the Lakers as a 7th seeded team with a healthy Kirby. Better chemistry, deeper bench, younger legs, better 3pt shooting makes them a legit 7th seed. PHX,DAL and POR have had good starts to the season, but I don't expect Phoenix to keep it up, Dallas,LA,Portland and Memphis will all battle to make the playoffs, LA could easily miss the POs, but I see them finishing 7th with Kirby being atrue warrior

Why would that be your worst fear? Kobe's time is almost done so might as well go full throttle til his body gives out. He's not going to be any good to us by waiting for the Lakers to go through a lengthy tank-rebuild cycle.
Congrats to the Pelicans for ending the Lakers home sellout streak!
"The Lakers’ 320-game home sellout streak ended when Staples wound up 571 spectators shy of the 18,997 capacity for the game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
A Lakers game not selling out?! It hadn’t happened for seven years (Dec. 6, 2006 against the Oklahoma City/New Orleans Hornets). That was so long ago that the NBA was using what wound up as a temporary new microfiber composite basketball—and Smush Parker, Kwame Brown, Luke Walton and Lamar Odom joined Kobe Bryant in the Lakers’ starting lineup."
I think Vinny is available.
