I dont think we've seen the last of the Kobe BS drama, I still see a firework show of an ending to this drama at the end of his career when the next superstar tries to take over the Lakers.

Name me another player that sabotaged a game 7 and an NBA Finals with his selfishness. Another that got gifted multiple all defense nods. How about one that has his FG% swept under the rug? Propped up as a player of the decade even though he was a second banana the first half of it? I could go on tbh.

Honestly, I think for what he is designed to do, he is amazing at it and a legend, that is my opinion of Kobe. My issue with Kobe as a fan is he is and has always been a HORRIFIC leader. The moment Kobe called the Lakers 'MY TEAM' when Dwight and Nash signed, I was done with the season, I felt Kobe proved he's made in that 1 comment. You'd NEVER see a confident alpha like Michael Jordan make a comment like that. That was pure fear and insecurity talking.
Then, when the team started sucking, it was no longer 'MY TEAM', it was ":'( But Pau needs to pull his big boy pants up" and "Dwight is not a great teammate"

Why are you trying to drag the Spurs in this convo, tbh?... The Spurs lost to a lot of teams over the years, including the Lakeshow, and cleaned the clock of a lot of teams, including the Lakeshow.

The King's greatness has already surpassed Kirbys and he would never be accused of being selfish. Duncan, Magic, Bird, etc.
I think when you register at LG.com and the name is taken already, the suggestion is "Kobe1234?" or "Kobedunks123?" or "Kobelicious123?" There are like 5000 Kobe names there. Even the ones who come here have that moniker.
You probably don't see nearly as many Tim Duncan names here. there's probably more Ginobili account names than TD names, like "IllegalsHeartGino" or "GinobilisOCHO". it's been said before but Kobe could've been a dangerous politician, he's amazing at manipulating the media and throwing s under the bus, essential skills as our current HNIC/CIC attests.
