False. Hitler completely failed to take the Brits out of the war and gave up any offense against the island in the summer of 41. He was on the defensive the whole time after that since the Brits just kept bombing the out of the Fatherland and took part in every western offensive against him.He took on the whole world because he was a terrible military commander.The Nazis lost, in no small part because Hitler sucked so hard.
