If he could replicate his game 7 performance every game, why doesn't he? Too beta? Fluke?
    It's not the playoffs yet.

I think it's genetics, some players just have that alpha trait about them. Westbrook, Lillard, Kirby da rapist, Melo, KG, Manu etc

Beta examples Bron, Durant, Dawhite etc
"Heroball iso-chucking at high volume = alpha!"

Coasting, tbh, and also because he doesn't always need to.... he could chuck up a ton of shots, but he prefers to let the game come to him, trust his teammates, and work within the system, tbh....

    So I guess Durant isn't a chucker

I was basing it off personality and Lillard is shooting over 50% if not for his avg finishing ability. He's shooting at a great percentage from behind the arc

they're winning I guess, but no point in whining about it. Like mentioned about, no one's gonna stop you LeBeta, stop being a pussy.

Yeah, but you listed known beta chuckers such as Kirby and Melo as "alpha" simply because they take way too many shots, tbh

He's not whining or being a pussy, he's manipulating the media.... he's subtly pointing out how many shots Durbeta is taking and basically putting his fake MVP aspirations on blast, tbh

Exactly, idk why he's jealous of Durbeta
    Chucking KD rings=0
    chucking LeBeta rings =0
playing within a system LeBron rings = 2

Tbh if he tried to be a chucker his fg percentage would take a nose dive. He's shooting 40% from behind the arc because of good shot selection. His stroke still sus (NO ) kinda like Tp

Lebron is not a shooter. Durant is. Big difference right there. A shooter should take all the shots he gets available. A non-shooter probably shouldn't

the translation to lebron's Jive talk is "I'm jealous I'm not a pure shooter like Durant"

pretty humble talk from da kang

I said he was trolling. I am not even saying he "beta". My only issue is that the fact this even matters enough for him to troll. He is the reigning MVP, finals MVP going for a 3 peat and he feels a bit jealous of a obviously inferior player? Sure, the numbers he threw out was a troll job, but the fact he would even bother proves that it matters. Lebron is on a special class potential GOAT I doubt MJ would of said the same about Clyde Drexler or Barkley. and fair or not that is the bar that James is trying to reach ...

at Kirbystan having the nerve to scoff LeBron manipulating the media when Kirby does it all the time, tbh....
That's true. And when Kobe does like that, the Kobe haters come out in full force to blast him. Why should it be any different for LeBron?

Even if he's trolling and trying to manipulate the media, he's still being a whiny and an attention . When Kobe says stupid in the media like feigning anger about his preseason rankings, he gets ted on and rightfully so. Now that LeBron is doing something similar in the media, he should also get ted on and rightfully so.

As great as LeBron is, there is still a part of him that needs the attention, the affirmation, the re-affirmation, the doting, the praise and all the pomp and cir stance. Winning championships may be priority one, but he also has a side agenda for individual awards and accolades. He's not subtle. Making public comments about him being able to lead the league in scoring if he wanted to or wanting to average a triple double for the season (earlier on in his career in one of those NBA commercials) and now him propagandizing his cause is pathetic for a guy who has already won multiple championships and multiple League MVPs and steadily climbing the short list of all tiem greats.

Oh poor LeBron. He doesn't get to score as much as other guys in the league. Who gives a ? You're winning championships. Stop ing to the media and play basketball. You're the "CHOSEN ONE." You're the King. You can do what you want. You want to score more, then score more. You want to stat pad, then stat pad. You want fix your balding, then go to Bosley. But don't cry to the media lamenting your sad situation.

Poor LeBron. Oh oh oh, poor LeBron...

There's a big difference though - LeBron doesn't do it that often, and in fact, has probably been too honest with the media for his own good, handing drooling morons like Skip Bayless plenty of ammo against him.... meanwhile, Kirby does it every time he has a bad shooting night, the team loses, one of his teammates has a better game than him, he has a slight injury, etc. as a way to deflect any criticism and blame away from himself and totally control the media narrative of his career, tbh....

LeBron doing it with less frequency (not that I agree with that or don't agree with that) means nothing after the "Decision." That one individual episode of self-fellating promotion trumps anything any other NBA player has ever done... like EVER. LeBron and his LeBoob fanbase lost any right to be apologists for his media antics after that. If you're going to be a , then take the criticism. That goes for him and for his fans as well. Don't defend him. Just acknowledge he's being a and move on. It's not like criticism by fans matters anyway.

"I could be winning scoring les if i wanted."

"I wish i could shoot as much as Durant."

My favorite player whines less than yours ... awesome defense did you go to law school?
Again with Kobe. This thread is about Lebron and to a lessor degree Durant.
But you have to deflect to Kobe. I enjoy Lebron not sure I would say a "fan" but definitely a supporter ... but Jay-Z shouldnt call out soldier Boy as he (james) once said.
Now durant is no Soldier Boy but the point is still valid ... if it did not matter to him he would not of even bothered.

What Lebron is doing, even if it's not his intent, is what's best for his team. Allowing Bosh and Wade to produce during the RS is very important for the team. Him taking 30+ shots a game does nothing since we all know he can and that he can be the scoring leader if he wanted to. He is stat watching, but not stat whoring. There's a difference. He's not chasing stats, he's minding them.
