This is the hardest part for me, sadly. You can always stick to Stongbow Cider!

Personally; I think I'll just move to vodka drinks..
My cheat days have revolved around beer this far...I can't eliminate that from my life completely...if I tried, I'd just be lying to myself.

Had this Gluten-Free Coconut White Chocolate Macadamia nut cookie from Coolhaus the other day and it was all kinds of goodness vs. weird texture...

The wife and I started it a few weeks ago...after about a week, I had never felt better in my entire life. We've cheated a couple times but for the most part, it's pretty easy after you get the hang of it. It certainly is more expensive and involves more trips to the grocery store because everything has to be fresh, but other than that it's no big deal.

Also, Coconut oil turned out to be really ing good.
We've been going strong for about 2 weeks now and I've felt great, until today..

I cheated and had a full blown Mexican meal today for lunch, and now feel like complete utter back at the office..

I've gotta say, the cutting of beer has done wonders.. I don't have much weight to lose, but I just feel completely rejuvenated every morning and much less bloated.

Oh, and yes. Coconut oil is really ing good, you're correct.

Brother has done the pale diet for 3 years now, he feels 1000% better than he used to (other issues).

I tried the paleo diet 2 years ago, felt great eating. But was hard to maintain it during lunch, it is more expensive and I like bread/pasta too much to just give it up ...

Is anyone still doing this? I did a Whole 30 before Thanksgiving and lost a good 15 pounds and had a taco the day I finished and felt horrible after, so I'm sticking to paleo stuff to not get sick again. Any good recipes that y'all have done/had? How about eating out (I am just so bored I decided to pop in to the Club).
