Why didn't the refs review Patty Mills' game-winner?

I haven't had a chance to watch the play again, but I could have sworn that clock was at 1.4 when the ball went in the hole in the penultimate play (the one before) Patty's final shot.

That would have been a good trick, considering the ball was knocked out of bounds with 0.1 on the clock before SA re-inbounded the ball.

OK, that makes sense. The last recorded play has Wall's basket with 1.9 seconds left so I guess the Spurs must have lost 1.8 trying to inbound the ball.
