    Brooks has a team option for about 2 million next season. I doubt the Lakers exercise that. Still, I don't get the point of this trade since Bazemore is expiring too

    Blake Mamba will make Steph Curry even more dangerous. I like Blake despite his glaring deficiencies. It's a fair move to trade him to a playoff-bound team I guess.

    If/when Lakers dump Jordan Hill, they'll be only $2M over luxury tax. Blake and Hill moves alone would shave tax bill from $11.9M to $3M. Or so I was told.

    Reducing that tax bill for #BASKETBALL REASNS
