You folks are gullible as . You're the target audience for those ty commercials that play ad nauseum because you start to like and believe complete when it's fed to you in repe ion. There's nothing classic about saying some copied movie line a thousand times, or having a See and Say response ready at your beckon call for any conversational topic that you cannot address. You folks are just starved for entertainment and you look for any semblance of it that you can rename "classic". While Dale was introducing those, many of you were trying to get him banned because it was just his attempt to make the forum an unsavory place to be. Like a good troll, Dale's intent was never to spark controversy, but to close a forum due to it being unreadable. He got so bad on another forum that he resorted to posting rape photos and other things of that nature. That's why some members found his personal information and terrorized him, and why he's afraid of it happening again.
He's not here to talk about the game. He's here to make you stop talking about the game.
It's just the "nuh uh" of any conversation. You cannot talk about nuances of a sport if some got like you is going to throw out the ring count. There's some merit to ring count, but it's not the entire picture of a player vs player comparison, especially when one casually dismisses MVPs but allows for rings, no matter your role when you got the ring. Calling the MVP a "pretty" is just shutting out legitimate aspects of a players career in favor of what you consider your trump card. No knowledgeable fan discounts individual role in the team win when discussing individual comparisons, especially when using a team win as an individual accolade.
I know he gets a lot of hate but I think Cub has made SpursTalk more fun. He's a true basketball fan and his "trends" are now forever part of this site. He's good people.
Dale is actually funny when he's not in full-on parrot mode, easily better than the likes of Capri, Ruva, and Anal who contribute nothing but self-humiliation....
