Not to mention Granger signed because he thought he was going to start. Barnes pretty much on his dreams. That alone warrants at least one " Granger"
Is that a fact, or, are you too squatting on the plain?

I could see granger getting 10 mpg as a spur. It would be mostly during small ball or when Manu needed extra time off, though. Meaningful minutes would be sparse. But he would indeed be a decent tool to have in our back pocket.

It's not a fact per se, but there were articles written about Granger starting. So it's not exactly hokum and wishes they're talking about here either. Presumably Granger went to LAC for playing time... Why wouldn't he play for the best coach in the league if he had other motivations?

I ain't just talking out my ass, but, I believe he'd a proved himself season '14 & start come November. He's Jackson without all the luggage & histrionics. A mainstay, somebody who Pop could turn his back for 5 minutes and not worry about it biting him in the ass. Those kind of guys don't grow on trees.

Could be factors we're not privy to. I ain't tryin' to break your balls with a Johnny come lately campaign. I declared outright I did not want him in San Antonio so I'm on record. Just hit me immediately as a fine match.

scoring 6pts in 12 minutes ain't too bad imho. Monkeyball still need time to make their refurbished squad function to the optimum level, tbh.

Doc will eventually give him a larger role... I just don't think he addresses the main Clippers problem, tbh

Its sad really, he could have done much better here...yet he goes to a fluke team that will get ousted early on in the playoffs.

So if Granger were to suit up in SA, whose minutes does he take in the playoffs? Bonner?

If Granger had the ability to step right in and play 30 minutes and average 18 points, Indiana never would have traded him and the 76ers never would have cut him. That said, you can't expect him to come into a new system with no practice and start right away. I'm betting that he is getting substantial minutes in about two weeks. All that matters is how he produces in the playoffs, and he's got a month to get ready for it.

Are the Spurs defending a championship? Bringing up that the Clippers will be eliminated before the Spurs, which isn't even a sure thing, is irrelevant. Rarely a player ever chooses to go to the Spurs anyway except Marco Belinelli.

Granger made a mistake and he will pay dearly for it. He should have signed with the Lakers and be part of a new dynasty that we are building in LA. He could have been part of God's comeback along with our lottery pick.

Granger's gonna be a FA this coming summer and he'll join the Lakers just in time for God's comeback, imho. Dude could've chosen Spurs to accompany Duncan who is Buddha, but he didn't, he chose LA instead and he's gonna stay here, tbh.

Because Granger is your kind of player. He's not a hothead, nor a sorehead, he's calm and collected, a professional. Those don't grow on trees.

Nothing wrong with lamenting his choice and his rejection of your team.

Until after you didn't get him, then your people cast him down with Duncan & the Sodomites.
