What is BOB Rancheros?

Sorry...it's whataburger shorthand

BOB is "breakfast on a bun" If you order it that's what they yell to the cooks in the kitchen.

BOB Ranchero is starting the scrambled eggs on the flat iron, throwing a handful of sliced jalapenos in with it, when the eggs solid up hit it with a tablespoon of ranchero sauce and appropriate shredded cheddar, scoop it up and put it on a y sausage patty, then serve it on a toasted hamburger bun.

I'm not sure it's even on the actual menu anymore...it's old school Whataburger but they all know what you want when you tell them you want a Bob Ranchero.

Damn, migas and pancakes seem like opposite ends of the breakfast spectrum, but I think I'll make that for breakfast tomorrow now after reading the suggestion.
