Neither is worrisome upset-wise, but the Suns are scrappy and well coached. With a couple of fluky shooting games they could muck up a series. I'd rather see Memphis. They are s of the team that looked like it was on the rise a couple seasons ago.
Spurs can beat any of these teams easily, even Memphis. The Spurs have them figured out. With 2 weeks to go and many of these teams still playing each other I find this thread unnecessary tbh

Rather face Dallas. They're a run-and-gun team like we are, not a grind-it-out physical team like Memphis, but with guys like Diggler and Vince and Monta who are allergic to defense. Easy series, no injuries. And easy travel.
I don't want to play PHX. Dragic has historically torched us, the morris twins kill us with their jump shooting ability, amd they have a number of guys who can just burn us. I'm sure we would win, but I still think it goes 6 possibly 7.
Don't want PHX - Dragic is a Spur killer and then add speedy player like Bledsoe - much prefer dealing with big men. TD, Splitter and Diaw can handle Zach and Marc. Speedy players like Reggie Jackson - no thanks.
I just plan to enjoy a playoff season that does not include Dallas OR the Lakers. them both.
This kind of talk is ancient history. Teams want no part of the Spurs and are battling to stay out of the 8 seed - My, how times have changed. I want the Spurs to have the toughest challenge possible to winning the le. It keeps the team focused and prepared all the way through to the end. Who ever lines up against them, take 'em down. Memphis-Houston-OKC-Miami please....that's if OKC gets by Clips.
I don't trust Cuban and don't put it past him to order cheap shots on our guys to hurt our le chances. Seeing his face last night when Curry hit the game winner with 0.1 second left was priceless
that we own dallas and there is still nothing better than beating them down yet again.
