Yup. If the Thunder lose tonight the Spurs' magic number is down to 2. The Spurs should easily be able to go at least 2-3 without Parker.
Lol, don't fear monger. It's day to day.

You would hope. If not the Thunder need to continue to stumble some.

You don't get an MRI for back spasms. Spurs worried about potential bulging disc in Tony Parker's spine
heyyyoooooooo!
Kawhi career high 26. Manu season high 26.
Coincidence? I think not. I'd much rather have the ball in Kawhi or Manu's hands tbh. More efficient and not sieves defensively.
Length and mobility. I'm liking the Spurs chances to make a deep run.
Tony Parker has played his last All Star Game IMO.
Looks like they lost, so yeah it's all but locked up at this point. This is the worst stretch of the season though, these games are pretty meaningless now but Tim, Tony, Manu etc. need to play a little just to keep some rhythm while the risk of injury stays the same. Especially if we play Phoenix who is a team we'd actually need to be pretty sharp against imo.
spurs play the suns on back to back
spurs should go out beat dallas Thursday face suns friday
hope suns get number 7 seed and face thunder in first round
suns beat the thunder 2 out of three in regular season and tonight
Just as he was seemingly rounding into form. Please don't let this be serious.
It's bad news that it might be serious enough to warrant an MRI. Hopefully it is just spasms and it's nothing disc related as that pretty much ends the Spurs championship aspirations this season.
Terrible news tbh.
Get well, TP.
I'm dreading the news tomorrow. Please be okay.
The Spurs MRI everything. He has a new injury they want to check it out.
Nothing more nothing less.
It didn't look that bad to me. I suffered from a back spasm injury that was worse then the fall Parker took so I'm optimistic its not that bad. My spasms lasted a week and it was on a much harder fall then what Parker had. Just the fact Parker was able to walk off the court is a good sign to me.
Just gotta stay positive and hope TP is ok. Until we see the results of the MRI, cool it with the fear-mongering and doom in gloom bull .
great news![]()
Spurstalk medical staff going to work, per par.![]()
I'm optimistic. When he came out of the game, he kind of waved towards Pop, grabbed a towel and headed to the tunnel. He appeared to be walking normally and was not accompanied by a trainer.
Hopefully, the MRI is clean, but I wouldn't expect him to play again in the regular season regardless of the results.
Hey slicer whats up? Long time no see man.
It was interesting to see Manu and Kawhi go off when MVParker was on the bench, tbh..........................
When they showed it on TV, it looked like he waved to the doctor, who came down from the stands and went into the locker room after him...
We can definitely manage 2 wins and lock up the 1st seed without Parker. And to be honest, I don't think we'd have any problem getting past the 1st round without him either. That potentially gives him, what, 3 or 4 weeks to recover if he really needs it? I'm not too worried.
looks like the injury occurred at around the 7:40 mark in the 1st. He didn't move very well after that fall but was still able to run around.
Hopefully it's nothing too serious.
At least, we'll get to see some passes on fast breaks and stuff tbh...
