I'm not so sure about that. Imagine trying to dribble a tennis ball. Granted that's an extreme example but the point is larger hands does not always = better handles. There's some optimal range and the best ball handlers in the league have smaller hands than kawhi.
if his hand size was a detriment he would have an awful jumpshot. that's not the case
