true. It took El Ocho for that to happen, but least you sort of admitted it.
no spin here, but I hope both Manu and Enrique are good to go for the entire postseason.
I love both of them... even though only one of them is in his prime, has been called the leader of this team, and thus more is expected of him... that said, Tony is good too, but his miles were eventually going to catch up to him...

kneed in the calf... probably barea...![]()
Barea's not tall enough, he can only bite Manu's ankle

Spurs should just not even bother to show up for the playoffs. Hang the Regular Season Champs!© banner and call it a season. [/snark]
That's what everyone said in 2011. Then we lost to the Grizzlies.
If both are ready to go that will be very good news.
That's because Manu was the best player on the team that year. Duncan was broken down at the time and Parker wasn't playing at his 2012/2013 MVP level. Plus RJ/Hill/McDyess were in place of Leonard/Green/Splitter.
No doubt, I would rather have Manu play in the 1st round, but the Spurs are already so stacked that he won't be as needed.
sounds like it was a bruise and he should rest but won't miss any significant time. hope that's the case, he's been play well lately. he always gets hurt right when he starts to play well.
Manu setting up his alibi.
If it were the playoffs, he probably plays tomorrow.
With CIA Pop being CIA Pop, Manu may not see the floor until the end of the regular season, though. Good excuse to rest him.![]()
To be fair, Nono has to protect his client for the next gouging, I mean, contract negotiations![]()
I like the way you think![]()
The guy is made of glass.. smh
