    I know it is just a pre season game .. however .. back in my hometown ... I have a super small chance of seeing anyone on my favorite team. This game in Turkey ... No matter how worthless it is.. gives me the biggest chance of seeing anyone from the spurs for the very first time! And I am really excited for that! Now that I reside nearer to Istanbul (somewhere in middle east) than my previous city... I don't want to pass on the chance of seeing the team! So to the Spurs fans living in Turkey who is nice enough to message me, please do so! I want to ask some questions if you don't mind I will be needing some help because I really don't wanna miss my chance! I don't know when will I be able to watch my first ever nba spurs game so ... Anyone who's nice there in Istanbul that will watch the game, pm me! Thank you guys! Sorry for the long post! I rarely post so bear with me this time!

    Considering Istanbul wasn't there until Atatürk in the 1920s and most of the US has been around a lot longer than that I would not agree with Istanbul being greater or more historical than anywhere in the US. Now alot of important things happened around the golden horn on the site that would become Istanbul, in fact there was a great city there under the Roman and ottoman empires called Constantinople. The modern Turks don't really seem to fit that mold though.

    I get your point but in just one neighbourhod of Istanbul more history than all of US. I mean there is 500 years old mosque my next door, most of the history of the city is still alive here and Spurs are gonna love it.
