I disagree. This has been the most entertaining 1st round that I can remember.

    He already does.

Low scoring halves are the NBA of old. Defensive stalemates were the detail of the day back then.

Completely agree. Right now we think we have 15 teams to consider in 2nd round (the Bulls could be done).

What if Durant were to team up with John Wall in D.C.? That would be a pretty formidable team in the East tbh.

Bird could go on the court today and probably have a positive impact on the Pacers at this point.

Weird timing for the nostalgia gotry and whining about "today's NBA" considering the playoffs have been the best in years so far....

Yeah I heard about Melo to Bulls, but imo his personality isn't gonna work there. Durant would fit perfectly though.

Plus I just can't see Durant on the Wizards tbh

Also ironic, since Larry Bird is the biggest reason for the Pacers downfall, tbh..

Yeah, the 80s were just full of defensive basketball.

Evan Turner might very well be the second coming of Richard Jefferson. And it's all thanks to the bird.

Which explains why every single year Larry played in had a higher PPG than recent years?

The Scola for Green, Plumlee and 1st rounder (26th pick) turned out to be a disaster of a trade for the Pacers.

Scola hasn't been bad. Everything else, eh.

But I guess if you compare Scola to this years version of Green, it kinda sucks.

career lows in p.e.r, net rating and tru shooting %. He has definitely declined. both Green and Plumlee went from bench warmers to starters on a 47 win team. Combined they are being payed less than Scola not to mention moving a 1st as well.
