Im positive next season will be the last of the success. I mean this team won 61 games, they can win just as many next year. No team in the West is going to really emerge next season either, if anything the Clippers might be nonexistant, the Rockets are limited, the Thunder will be there, so it will still be open for the Spurs next year.
the same Spurs that are barely competing with Samuel Dalembert and Dejuan Blair?

Not quite.. We beat these guys 9 straight times.. Can easily do it again.

But I agree pretty much. Would be a sad, sad end. I think Duncan and Ginobili retire if it ends like this.
I think I'll retire if it ends like this.

Meanwhile the Thunder until a couple of nights ago we're getting pushed to the brink by the likes of Beno Udrih and Tony Allen. Let's have this conversation after we lose one more.

Comparable to roman empire fall, napoleon taken prisioner, hitler shooting himself and Bush Jr being eleceted president. Pretty much The End.

    so. Lets not lose fellas
Not really. It's a basketball game with a bunch of people who would otherwise be working for state or federally run departments, milking the clocks and hanging out on the back docks with the shipping and receiving guys trying to avoid their managers and make it until 5pm. They hit the genetic lottery, big ing deal. The game is a dance, and the dance goes on despite the dancers coming and going. Dynasty my ass... it's a game.

Just got tickets for a Spurs game in Germany in october (against a german team). I'm so thrilled to see my heros live.

Hopefully half of the team isn't retired by then.
