I know. Pop said the same after last Heat-Spurs RS game "He's starting to feel confident in his role and taking pride in being a defender and rebounder first, then letting his offense come naturally and not thinking about it too much."
But, at this point -after a season where he didn't increase Leonard's minutes or his offensive presence on the playbook- I'm not sure if Pop really think that Leonard can contribute a lot to Spurs offense.
I'm afraid that it'll be extremely difficult for Kawhi to try adjust his game to the Spurs offensive system in playoffs when Pop just considers the kid on one end of the court.
Not exploit Ellis matchup on the post significantly, only 6-7 touches, not involve him early in the game, not play him more minutes like Butler, Batum, and other SF are playing in playoffs -even Iguodala 30 years old, played more minutes than Kawhi last game-
Why a guy -22 years old- who can make this sequence of plays -in the previous vids-, can't play 45 minutes in a close playoffs game?
