Spurs will PnR him to death. He'll be fouled out by the middle of the 3rd.

He did foul like crazy in the first round, but a lot of that because of hack-a-Howard. He actually has a middle of the road fouls per 36 minutes, and pretty low for a big man (~300th in the league):

Well, Pop needs to get him in foul trouble early if possible...without Lopez, it's gonna be a Parker and Ginobili parade to the rim.

Exactly. Aldridge isn't a bad defender but isn't a rim protector and there's literally nothing behind Lopez. Go early to Tim in the post against him or run Splitter pick-and-rolls if Lopez is on him and try to get him reaching in.

He sucks on the pnr lol
Agreed. Set two or three screens and Robin Lopez will be standing near the 3 point line. He's good for individual 1 on 1 defense, but he'll have a ton of trouble getting back on defense. I expect TP to exploit this all series, if he's healthy.

If it is true that the spurs will have a parade to the rim if Lopez is not out there, then it stands to reason that we can have a parade to the rim if our bigs do a good pulling guard or blocking job for our guards, regardless of whether or not Lopez is out there.
