nobody denies that ibaka impacts the game, he's one of their best players. i was arguing that the spurs players bricking wide open perimeter shots had nothing to do with ibaka being 20 feet away in the paint, and you scoffed at that. ibaka is still doing a good job around the rim today, but the spurs are hitting wide open shots for a change

Im talking about that entire era, pre 80's ball. If you put LBJ or Kobe in an era like that it would be absurd, they would average 50 points a game and score 100 at will.
