I would definitely not waste your money on an iPod....there are 101,010,101,010 other products out there that are better and don't cost nearly as much. Please don't buy it just because you think it's cool because everyone else has one. I pretty much did after I was told the same thing, now I've got to listen to a life time of "I told you so's".
