Manu dropped 19 tonight on 50% shooting.. baffles me why you're still talking about him when he could arguably be the MVP of the team this playoffs.. especially when you are in love with Kawhi who is playing like ass
- Give it to Kawhi so he can pass it back
- Give it to Green so he can create on his own and airball a floater
- Give it to Timmy so he can struggle backing Bosh up and get doubled
- Give it to Manu aka throw it out of bounds

manu only ended up with 3 turnovers, one of which is given to him even though it was tim's fault for not seeing the pass and having it clang off his hands...
when lebron stripped tony with 0.8, mario was on kawhi. kawhi needs it
2/7 from 3... He makes a couple shots in the 1st quarter and he falls in love with his shot. He can't be trusted to play make in the 4th against turnover experts like Miami

When Lebron is on Tony, the Spurs should take the ball out of his hands and let Manu run the point. Tony should basically become a decoy. They should run the loop every time down the floor, and just keep Parker moving so Lebron wears himself out chasing the smaller player. The Spurs have plenty of weapons, and they have proven they don't need Parker's offense to win anymore. Putting the ball into Parker's hands and having him attack the Heat's best defender is playing right into their hands. Better to keep James away from the ball, and tire him out a little as well.

Parker holds the ball until the end of the shot clock then feeds it to Manu or Diaw... that's how it goes bro..
Yup, they had us scattered offensively for much of the night. I thought our decision making as a whole was below average. And we don't have a LeBron to fall back to when our initial attack is stifled. The Spurs have a lot of tape to watch before Game 3 tbh.
I dont understand why Parker isn't running off screens constantly like he was against Portland?...that exhausted Matthews & Lillard, that could do the same to Bron...
I expect more of this once Pop looks at the tape..seems like an obvious adjustment..
More post ups in the 4th quarter with Duncan, diaw, and Leonard. Play manu at point and Parker off the ball running side to side through multiple screens so LeBron can spend a ton of energy. Don't be surprised to see Bonner start game 3 to open up the paint more.
Parker should pass the ball and run through some baseline screens to the opposite side. LeBron is a good defender, but I don't know if he can run with Parker for long without running out of gas hauling that 265 pounds around.
What happened to parkers transition game, is ibaka playing for the heat? 34 points in the paint is not what got the spurs this far. James attacked the rim without hesitation in the 2nd qtr while the spurs settled for jumpers. Pathetic display. tony needs to attack early and often, before james has a chance to get set defensively. tony scored some points tonight from the outside, but the spurs won't win this series if tony is a jumpshooter. Get to the rim or get to the fn bench.
