$5,000
Duncan basically "flopped" on the play in which LBJ ended up with the technical. Duncan did not get touched at all, but he flailed his arms up and and let out a scream.
Uh, one call went our way, who cares
Any player would take the fine to get an edge. Fines are basically worthless. As to the Duncan foul, refs were just balancing out. Duncan got a technical when there was a no-call and Lebron did foul him.
least the league is showing some consistency.
Wade and Manu, aging 2 guards who get by on guile. I like it.
What was so bad was that it was his third foul and he had to sit with four minutes left in the half, giving Miami a huge boost going into the half time. They went on a scoring tear. I'm glad Wade got fined, but he would foul out of every game if it was called evenly.
Lol even I have $5000 in my wallet thats nothing he will do it ´till he falls asleep.
5k is nothing for ANY nba player.... I think the whole purpose of the fines is to embarrass the floppers and sort of tell them... "we saw what you did and will be watching you ..." nothing more.
Oklahoma State guard Marcus Smart, the worst flopper in the college game, was embarrassed many times this season by something as simple as the crowd chanting "He's a flopper". Most of these guys don't want that legacy tacked to their name, and I think it would clean up the flopping if they are called out by the fans when it happens. ESPN would cover that, especially when a guy like Wade or LeBron try to defend their "gamesmanship." If you are the best, you don't need to flop, right?
Yeah, but 5K buys a lot of HGH....
5k is nothing but im glad the league fined him
i didnt think theyd do it, for that im giving em kudos
