I just switched apartments here in Riga, so don't have internet yet. Thus I am watching the game in a cheesy tourist bar in the center. I'm drinking a white Russian and trying not to end up buying a dozen expensive drinks to the girls who work the club and get a percentage on each drink stupid tourist met buy them. Hope these ladies bug off by the time the game starts.

Im starting off with a nice little dish of seaweed wrapped skewers, textured with basil and just the right amount hemp oil; wood flame grilled of course. Free range squid, drizzled in honey, lemon, and pepper paired with crab and scallops. Garlic, vidalia, green tomato, and portabella tie this all together with goat cheese spread. I will wash this down with a screwdriver, and most likely some double ipa.

The main course will be boring, but sufficient. Tbone - only grass fed - rare with peppercorn-bleu-cheese. Baked sweet potatoe strips and kale chips as a combo side, pistachio/horseradish dip, and 5 pieces of asparagus. Drink here will be an old fashioned with extra cherries and orange slices.

Desert is homemade peanut-butter chocolate pudding. Glass of Shiraz, maybe two.

To cap off the 4th I will have 2 shots of gin on the rocks, bombay sapphire

The winning celebration will be 1-2 chocolate or vanilla microbrew
