foster is terrible.
Quick question.
Is the OP is talking about the Marriot Plaza hotel on South Alamo? Not far from the HF tower?
I stayed there for Game 1 WCF and the referees stayed there then as well. I recommend the breakfast there. It's great.
Can't wait for the game. I have a feeling this is going to be a fun evening - love the 7 pm central start......
Didn't the Spurs turn it over 23 times in game one? With the lineup change, that is NOT going to happen. Tiago was throwing passes into the stands several times that game. Tony is going to do his job, pick his spots to score within the flow, and take care of the ball. Other than Lebron, who can stay with TP? Anyone? This is not setting up well for Lebron and heroball, even with the greatest hero out there, will probably not end well.
Yep, thats the one.
Yep. That's what I thought. Thanks!!
Are we still worried about the refs in this forum? The Spurs could care less about who is officiating these game, because the refs can not put the ball in the basket for Miami and they can't stop theSpurs from doing so. Spurs win tonight, no matter who is there.
This crew called it really tight and a lot of touch fouls in game 1. Hope that's not the case tonight
Home teams are 7-5 with Foster in the 2014 playoffs; 8-3 with Davis; and 8-4 with Mauer.
Since 2011 (the Big 3 era), the Heat, in the playoffs are:
Foster: 15-5 overall; 5-3 on the road; 4-2 in the Finals; 2-2 in 2014 (lost Game 1 at Indiana, Game 1 of the Finals)
Davis: 7-3 overall; 4-3 on the road; 0-3 in the Finals; 2-1 in 2014 (lost Game 1 of the Finals)
Mauer: 8-5 overall; 2-3 on the road; 2-2 in the Finals; 1-2 in 2014 (lost Game 5 at Indiana, Game 1 of the Finals).
In the Duncan era, the Spurs, in the playoffs are:
Foster: 12-9 overall; 6-4 at home; 1-2 in the Finals; 2-1 in 2014 (won Game 4 at Dallas, lost Game 3 at OKC).
Davis: 8-2 overall; 7-0 at home; 2-0 in the Finals; 4-0 in 2014 (Game 7 v. DAL; Game 3 @ PRT; Game 1 v. OKC)
Mauer: 17-10 overall; 10-3 at home; 2-2 in the Finals; 3-0 in 2014 (Game 5 v. PRT; Game 2 v. OKC)
My guess for Game 6 is Danny Crawford, Mike Callahan, and either Tony Brothers or James Capers. My guess for Game 7 remains Joey Crawford, Monty McCutchen, and Scott Foster.
