For the record, I think the most overrated player in the NFL right now is Terrell Owens. He's certainly a good player -- likely a hall of famer. But he hasn't made a huge difference to the fate of any team he's been on. Philadelphia got one step further last year with him on the roster, but: (1) Philadelphia had been to 3 straight NFC le games without him, including the previous 2 with homefield advantage throughout the NFC playoffs; and (2) Philadelphia won its NFC le in 2004 while Owens was on the sideline.
Owens is a great talent, but Philadelphia has a great football team for more reasons than just T.O. I think many have lost sight of that.
