I like Bagdonovic but mock drafts almost never get it right.
DX now has OKC picking Ingliis at #29 in their latest mock, so they could be the team that gave him a promise. Meanwhile, DX, SI, and a number of other mocks now have us taking Bogdanovic at #30. It's looking more and more likely that he will be the Spurs' pick after all, barring a trade.
I like Bagdonovic but mock drafts almost never get it right.
Hence the purpose of this thread.![]()
Because everyone seems to think that there will be a whole lot of moving around in this draft, even all the way to the #1 pick, partly due to teams positioning themselves to get Melo or James, there really is no highly probable predictions in this loaded draft, consequently one guess is as good as another.
Clint Capela,
but I'm wondering when the Spurs will bring Adam Hanga over to the team.
I'll take a stab into the dark and say they'll go American by choosing Spencer Dinwiddie.
I like this pick.
Not a prediction but as a fan it would be very cool to have them trade to the pick just before OKC anc block them on whoever they want. Between Presti and Pritchard before him, it always seems like one of those two grab whoever us board GMs have wanted in the past.![]()
#30 Nikola Jokic
#58 Ondrej Balvin
#60 Ioannis Papapetrou
Doesn't matter. This draft is deep but nothing the Spurs can use immediately at their draft spot.
Most exciting part is we have a really good chance of getting somebody that can ball! If people follow the Spurs model, which could be likely, then the Spurs get an American baller they normally couldn't get with their picks. I think the Spurs go foreign if they can but I would love to see the Spurs end up with Kyle Anderson, K.J. Mcdaniels, Glenn Robinson III, or Cleanthony Early. I still really like DeAndre Daniels. I would love it the Spurs somehow got this guy.
Mitch McGary or Cleanthony Early. I would prefer Early.
So would I, McGary doesn't impress me.
I soooo want Bogdan, he will be perfect heir apparent to Manu
Bogdanovic, Inglis or Taveras. Don't care too much for an American player with this pick.
Those dudes are better than Ayres and Bonner, tbh.
Any ways, I say we get Saric. And if not him, one of Livio's brothers, Kidnio or Pancreo.
some asian guy somewhere in asia
I was feeling a SF with the 1st rounder, but now Damien Inglis seems to be going to OKC. I'm not sure SAS feels any SFs at that point will be worth it.
I feel they will try hard to trade up into the early 2nd round. There are probably two or three players they'd like to get.
Saric will never be remotely close to available at the 30th pick.
Spurs may trade up into the round, where Kyle Anderson may tickle their fancies, Diaw semi-clone and all. Or Clint Capela.
Bogdanovic seems legit but something doesn't feel right about him.
Cleanthony Early and Spencer Dinwiddie are the sleepers for me. Other than Capela no big men seem too promising.
Seems OKC could take Dinwiddie at #21 (and then Inglis at #29). If so, Presti, man.
