    It's super slow this summer.
it happens all season, every year, tbh..

There's always at least 50 threads consisting of "Barkley says we're too old", "ESPN forgot to mention us", "This analyst is picking against us", "ESPN polls say fans aren't picking us", "Reggie Miller picked the Clippers over us"..

It happens with every fanbase, but Spurs fans take it personal and are excessive about it, tbh..they care more than the actual team does..

SpurPadre seems to be the most sensitive about it.

    Cavs

They won't win it in their first year together, teams rarely do. They'll be scary in the second year though, especially if they can find a rim protector.
Boston did it, but they were crazy deep too.

i heard Dan Patrick this morning talking about "are the cavs better off with Love or Wiggins?"

I felt a moment of pleasure about where the mainstream head is at.

And for good reason. Some analysts have picked against the Spurs for 10+ years based on the same faulty logic. How can they keep making the same mistake over and over again, and not realize their mistake? morons

Boston did it, but they were crazy deep too.
Lots of posters here said the opposite about their depth before that season started. People said they didn't have enough depth and their role players weren't proven. Turns out most of them were wrong.

They should move the All Star Weekend to this time of the year, tbh... even though all the players would be fat and out of shape coming from vacations, how fit do you really need to be for a glorified scrimmage?

The Cav's will end up 2nd or 3rd in the east. Too many new players and coach for the team to mesh to championship form......

I predict that if Wade can get healthy, the Heat will be better than people think.
Given he can't, they won't be.

Even if Wade struggles, the Heat will be better than people think. Chris Bosh is no slouch as a player. Miami was only dominant when he was a part of the offense and defense.

Even if they were ready to contend with the best in the West, which I maintain they are not, they'll face the same issue Miami did last year -- the Eastern Conference will not prepare them for that final series.

He'll fit in good with the Cavs because Love doesn't make anyone around him better.. So he can leach off Lebron and still stat pad..

Let them get the attention and forget about the Spurs. It will make beating them and their bandwagon even better.
